Booking process

Our booking process and terms and conditions are explained here.

Step 1: YOU: Booking request

You send a non-binding booking request, preferably through our web form, or another way of contact.

Step 2: ENDURO NUTS: Offers

We reply to you with confirmation for the chosen tour dates, or offering alternative dates.

We send you an invoice for 25% of the tour price (advance) to confirm your booking. You are usually given a period of 15 days during which we keep the places reserved.

If you would like changes in dates or number of people or tour type, let us know and we repeat this step.

Step 3: YOU: Confirmation through payment

With your payment of the advance, you confirm

  • the tour participation
  • for the selected dates
  • the acceptance of our payment conditions
  • the acceptance of our requirements and safety instructions

Step 4: ENDURO NUTS: Confirmation email

On receipt of the advance payment, we confirm it to you by email.

We ask you for the measurements of the tour participants to have the right sizes of protective equipment ready for you, including helmet, boots etc.

If after this point something comes up that prevents you from joining the tour, please inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to book other guests on the selected dates, instead of leaving the bikes in the garage. Our season is short. If there is still time, then we may, but are not obliged to, offer you alternative dates in order to not lose your advance payment.
